Helpful information for purchasing HartJes products

One of the manufacturer's core principles is sustainability, which is much more than just a slogan. This is clearly reflected in their ordering system: each seasonal collection is produced exclusively based on pre-assessed demand. Although reorders are possible, there is no guarantee that a particular model will be manufactured again.

The items in the core collection are produced continuously according to demand. These shoes can be ordered at any time; however, delivery times should still be expected.

Our ordering process is as follows:

1. Products in stock

Products that are in stock can be purchased immediately, with an estimated delivery time of 1–3 business days.

2. Products not in stock

You may also place an order for products that are currently out of stock. We will then check the manufacturer's inventory and inform you of the estimated delivery time by email.

If the estimated delivery time stated in the confirmation email meets your expectations (by clicking the Reorder button to accept the conditions), the ordering process will continue with the payment and shipping details, followed by finalising your order.

Please note that checking the manufacturer's inventory and production schedule may take several business days.

Size exchange

If you would like to exchange the size of your shoes, please send an email to info@raffinata.hu.

Your replacement size will be delivered by GLS courier. At the same time, the courier will collect the original pair, provided it has been repacked in its original box.

Please return only shoes that have been tried on indoors. We are unable to exchange shoes that have been worn outdoors, are dirty, or show signs of use.

The shipping cost of your first size exchange is covered by Raffinata.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, you may return your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

In this case, please return only shoes that have been tried on indoors to the address shown on your invoice, as the law allows only inspection and fitting of the product, not normal outdoor use.

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the returned product, we will refund the purchase price to the bank account you provide within a maximum of 5 business days.
